This website and online store are operated by Glimmerz&Co. For Online Selling (Dubai trade licence 1639907), trading as G&Co. by Aisha. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to G&Co. by Aisha.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors, finishes, proportions, and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, or natural production variations.

Product measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, materials, dimensions, ring sizes, and care instructions before ordering.

We do not guarantee that any jewelry item is suitable for every person or skin type. Customers with known metal sensitivities or allergies should review the product materials before purchase and contact us with any questions.

We may update, limit, or discontinue products without notice. All products are subject to availability.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it for processing.

We may refuse or cancel an order when:

• A product is unavailable
• Product or pricing information is incorrect
• Payment cannot be authorized
• Cash on Delivery confirmation cannot be completed
• We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, resale, or misuse
• Delivery information is incomplete or outside our service area

If we cancel a prepaid order, any amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded using an appropriate method.

Please review your products, sizes, quantities, contact details, and delivery address carefully before submitting an order.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams unless stated otherwise.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The applicable product price is the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of clear errors.

Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery and any electronic payment methods shown at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the courier when the order is delivered. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch. An unconfirmed order may be delayed or cancelled.

You confirm that you are authorized to use any payment method provided with your order.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates.

The following delivery rates apply:

• Orders below AED 200: AED 25
• Orders of AED 200 or more: Free delivery

The free-delivery threshold is calculated after discounts.

Estimated delivery is next day in Dubai and 2 days to standard service areas in other emirates, subject to order confirmation and courier collection. Remote areas follow the courier’s scheduled service and may take longer. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, incorrect delivery information, inaccessible locations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide an accurate address, UAE telephone number, and any necessary delivery instructions. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required because the customer was unavailable, supplied incorrect information, or refused the parcel.

SECTION 6 – EXCHANGES, DEFECTS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Change-of-mind purchases are eligible for exchange only; we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

Eligible exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and accessories.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged after their packaging or hygiene seal has been opened, unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Personalized, altered, custom-made, worn, damaged, or final-sale items cannot be exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.

Customers are responsible for return and redelivery costs for change-of-mind or size exchanges.

If an item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or videos. Once assessed, we will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, return, or refund in accordance with applicable UAE consumer-protection requirements.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, the Return and Exchange Policy applies.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, availability, prices, promotions, delivery charges, or other website information.

If a material error affects an order, we will contact you and may offer a correction, replacement, cancellation, or refund as appropriate.

The website’s brand names, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, videos, text, product descriptions, and other original content are owned by or licensed to G&Co. by Aisha and are protected by applicable UAE and international intellectual-property laws.

SECTION 11 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used by our store. Purchases made through this store are transactions directly between you and G&Co. by Aisha.

Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for product fulfilment, delivery, exchanges, or product-related customer enquiries.
